When writing a book the author is following his own thoughts, knowledge, preferences, and ideas. That imposes frames to the parts of the book being it a text or literature. Here we offer additional literature which, we think, will allow the reader to communicate with ideas which are extensions the ones given above. Some of them are proposing fully alternative approaches of which the reader should be aware.
