Utilizing big data technology, regular, targeted, and group-specific research and investigations have been conducted. From December 2022 to April 2023, a multi-group empirical survey covering 30 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) nationwide was completed. The survey investigated the demographic characteristics of rural local learners, teachers, and employers, as well as qualitative and quantitative indicators related to the demand for digital talent cultivation. A total of 48,599 learner samples, 4429 teacher samples, 5854 government employer samples, and 7639 enterprise employer samples were collected.
