Firstly, the conceptual framing phase (September 2010 to July 2014). Aiming at the drawbacks of low expectations for students in disadvantaged schools, the school explored a new educational ecosystem empowered by digital technology. A “four-dimensional” (humanities, learning, thinking, science) literacy target system oriented by quality development for students in disadvantaged schools was established, covering 19 key capabilities.
