In order to deeply promote the strategic actions of educational digitization and further develop smart education, we rely on school-based teaching and research activities as a carrier, with educational information technology serving as an important means to effectively implement smart education. We have established a double-teacher team composed of young teachers and key teachers, adhering to four synchronizations: synchronized lesson preparation, synchronized teaching, synchronized evaluation, and synchronized teaching and research. We apply the improvement and innovation of educational concepts to the training of teachers’ teaching and research, ultimately achieving the practical effectiveness of integrating the “double-teacher model” relational field, framing the “quality resources” curriculum field, and fostering the “campus group” growth field in teaching and research integration.
