Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China’s educational informatization has achieved leapfrog development and historic breakthroughs, with its international influence significantly enhanced. Currently, it is in a critical period of integrating and innovating digital technology with education and teaching. Digital transformation in education is a special stage of educational informatization, encompassing the transition from initiating, applying, and integrating digital technologies to establishing a digital mindset and way of thinking, cultivating digital capabilities and methods, building an ecological system for the development of smart education, and forming a digital governance system and mechanism.
