Firstly, adhering to planning leadership. We have successively issued the “Qingdao City ‘National Smart Education Demonstration Zone’ Creation Action Plan (2022–2024),” the “Qingdao City Artificial Intelligence Education Universal Popularization Implementation Plan,” and the “Qingdao City Smart Campus Demonstration School Construction and Application Guide.” We have also established the Qingdao City “Smart Education Demonstration Zone” Construction Promotion Work Leadership Group, guiding various districts and cities to formulate three-year creation task books focusing on six major projects, forming a three-level collaborative development mechanism of “city-district-school” with clear implementation paths, defined time nodes, and quantified construction indicators.
