As a pilot zone for AI-powered teacher development supported by the Ministry of Education and an experimental zone for digital transformation of education in Shanghai, Baoshan District actively carries out various work on digital transformation of education, comprehensively plans, and orderly promotes the construction and application of new digital infrastructure. The digital foundation is a basic platform similar to a mobile phone operating system, focusing on five centers of applications, organization, data, IoT, and messaging in education and teaching. Taking the region as a whole and the school as a unit, it builds an open, shared, technologically integrated, and interactive visual technical architecture to coordinate the construction of regional education management and teaching basic application service platforms, creating a digital foundation that benefits all schools in the region, and fostering an integrated smart education environment of “IoT, data connection, and intelligent connection.”
