Traditionally, the evaluation of teachers’ classroom teaching involved the use of scales or in-class observations with targeted scoring or evaluations. Linchuan District utilizes the smart education big data center and intelligent cloud platform to track all forms of classroom teaching, thereby scientifically evaluating teachers’ actual teaching effectiveness. The second aspect is improving routine teaching monitoring. In the past, education departments regularly organized education and research experts to go to grass-roots schools to conduct on-site monitoring of teachers’ lesson preparation, the activities of lesson preparation groups, and teaching and research groups.
