Firstly, we have deeply studied relevant national, provincial, and municipal policies to seek support for the construction and application of regional popularization of “Smart Classrooms”. Since the Ministry of Education issued the “Double Reduction” policy in 2021, the provincial and municipal governments have issued implementation plans, defining the core of the “Double Reduction” work as reducing burden and increasing efficiency. The documents require improving the quality of classroom teaching, strengthening the research on efficient classrooms, deepening the application of information technology in education and teaching, and gradually popularizing smart classrooms.
