Persuasion to Reduce Systemic Risk Enacted by Emotionally Driven Mobile Banking System End-User Behaviour: A Structured Literature Review
摘要
This paper investigates digital persuasion to reduce systemic risk enacted by emotionally driven mobile banking end-user behaviour. Systemic risk is the likelihood that a bank will default because of an unexpected shock to the financial system, which in turn could result in other banks also defaulting. Systemic risk is considered the greatest of all risks faced by retail banks. A structured literature review (SLR) was chosen as the research method. Twenty-one relevant research papers were identified in the SLR, based on quality assurance and selection criteria. Using thematic analysis, several relevant research themes were identified and discussed from the literature. The paper contributes to the existing body of knowledge by proposing a theoretical framework, which combines the Theory of Interpersonal Behaviour with the Persuasive System Design Model. The new theoretical framework includes factors that aim to persuade end-users not to enact emotionally driven systemic risk behaviour by using mobile banking systems.
