This paper presents a chatbot that uses artificial neural networks (ANN) to answer frequently asked questions (FAQ) about educational institutions. Intelligent conversational agents have emerged as a possible alternative as organizations work to improve user experience and expedite the delivery of information. The suggested chatbot makes use of an efficient ANN architecture to understand and reply to a broad range of questions about institutional policies, practices, and services. Here, we looked at data from a selected few educational institutions and demonstrated how well our chatbot responds to user queries by answering common queries. This may be a handy tool that many users or students are able to get important information about various educational institutions.
