Cooperative networks allow disbursed media programs to provide stepped forward user enjoy, extra green aid usage, and more scalability. This paper affords an implementation of this type of cooperative community by using introducing novel standards: cooperative caching and cooperative perfecting. The proposed system makes use of dispensed statistics so that it will make wise choices about caching and perfecting media from a couple of assets. Each media report is cut up into multiple chunks and saved in nodes throughout the community. Whilst a user requests a record, a node responds via pulling chunks of facts from other nodes in the network with a view to satisfactory serve the request. This method results in progressed efficiency and scalability as it makes better usage of shared resources.
