This paper evaluates the position of the Glucocorticoid Toxicity Index (GCTI) as a predictor of normalizing eosinophil counts in adults with respiratory allergic reactions. To decide the effectiveness of GCTI, a retrospective study of scientific data of fifty consecutive patients with allergic situations of eosinophilic inflammatory airway ailment (EIAD) was carried out. Patients had been divided into companies—people with regular eosinophil counts and those with expanded eosinophil counts. The results show that GCTI predicts normalizing eosinophil count in allergic conditions with an outstanding accuracy charge. The consequences suggest that GCTI can be used as an early predictor to hit upon cases of improved eosinophil counts and help save critical allergies.
