Co-ordinated Scheduling of Community Integrated System with Electric Vehicle
摘要
Grid modernization in the low voltage distribution system enabled the customer to accommodate more renewable energy sources at their end to operate their load in efficient and cost-effective manner. In addition to this, as a Community Integrated Energy System (CIES), they can be more environment friendly with reduced emissions with the use of the Electric Vehicle (EV) to coordinate and exercise flexible demand response programs. In this paper, groups of prosumer are considered as a community to undergo some changes in their EV charging and discharging schedules which result in the reduction of the overall cost of consumption. So, a bi-level optimal dispatch model of a community integrated energy system with an electric vehicle charging station is established for cost-effective scheduling of loads. The proposed dispatch model is developed considering the Time of Usage (TOU) price signals where there is an increase in price during peak demand hours and remains substantially low during non-peak hours. A comparative analysis is also made for the developed model using Real-Time (RT) prices. Monte Carlo method is used to find the optimum charging and discharging cycles of EVs and comfortness of the consumer is also incorporated by means of confidence level. The impact of confidence level on overall cost reduction is also evaluated by the proposed model.
