In order to promote the emergence of better service function of telemetry system, this paper explores the new paradigm of software defined telemetry system. First of all, the software-defined telemetry system is summarized and analyzed to clarify the software definition, the development of telemetry system and the transmission of new paradigm, and explore the emerging style, application mechanism and design architecture of new paradigm from the present source. Secondly, from the perspective of development, innovation and topology, the concept definition, demand analysis, advantage and function and technology application are explored. Finally, based on the three aspects of the integration system matching, the solidified viability and the evaluation of comprehensive performance, we can provide basic reference for the design, development and finalization of new equipment.
