Optimum Design of Lifting Mechanism for Disinfection Cabinet Bowl and Basket Based on Multi Body Dynamics

At present, there is a lower position of the lower bowl basket in the household disinfection cabinet on the market, which requires long-term bending or squatting when picking up and placing utensils, which may cause discomfort in the user's waist in the long term. To solve this problem, this article designs a lifting mechanism for the disinfection cabinet bowl and basket. Through this structure, the lower bowl basket can be raised to a certain height and pulled out, making it easier for items to be placed and taken out. Based on the principle of multi body dynamics, ADAMS software is used to simulate and analyze the dynamics of the bowl basket lifting mechanism. The results indicate that the improved bowl basket lifting mechanism can achieve a labor-saving effect during the lifting process, and also verify the feasibility of the mechanism design.
