Structure Design and Simulation Analysis of a Load Acquisition Encoder

In response to the problems of large volume and poor reliability of traditional acquisition encoder, the author designs a load acquisition encoder. Combined with the simulation method, the internal and external structure of the acquisition encoder is deeply analyzed from two dimensions of mechanics and heat. It ensures the integrity and reliability of the functional performance when the volume is reduced, and further verifies the rationality of the structural design of the equipment, good vibration resistance and heat dissipation performance. It can meet the practical engineering needs, and has certain reference significance for the same type of product design.
