In order to solve the problems of long manual intervention time and low automation level of the unpacking process, a set of carton automatic recovery conveyor system is designed for the carton recovery section of the unpacking process. The system mainly consists of dismantling conveyor, pallet conveyor, carton straightening device, interface conveyor, IGV trolley interface program and safety interlocking system, etc. Through this set of devices, the unpacked cartons can be automatically recovered and conveyed. Test data show that this system can reduce the manual intervention time of the unpacking process from the previous average of 73.2 min per production line to 6.1 min. The design of this system greatly reduces the consumption of human resources, improves the level of production intelligence, and effectively meets the needs of enterprises to implement intelligent manufacturing and promote the construction of intelligent factories.
