Crashworthiness Design of the Lower Support of the Cargo Compartment of Civil Aircrafts
摘要
The lower part of the cargo floor support is the key part of the aircraft that absorbs energy after contacting with the ground firstly in the process of crash, which is an important index of the crashworthiness of the aircraft. In this paper, based on the transient dynamics explicit integration algorithm and finite element analysis method, finite element analysis is carried out to analyse the nonlinear process of the structural deformation of the support member in the crash. The results show that the peak acceleration at the centre of the floor can be reduced by reducing the thickness of the strut to improve its crashworthiness. The width of the edge strip of the brace and the angle of the outer support of the brace have little effect on the deformation of the bottom of the fuselage and the peak acceleration at the centre of the floor.
