Aiming at the problems of long handling time, high labor intensity, low handling efficiency, and inapplicability to the handling of newly developed temporary support hydraulic braces in rocky roadway, a hydraulic brace handling device matching with high efficient tunneling equipment for digging and anchoring parallel operation is introduced, and the relevant technical parameters, main structure and characteristics, hydraulic system, key technologies of the hydraulic brace handling device are specifically introduced. Through finite element analysis and calculation, the stress level of hydraulic bracket handling device in handling bracket is analyzed in detail, and the correctness of the finite element analysis is verified by comparing with the test data, and it is proved in practice that the device has the outstanding advantages of mechanization of bracket handling, hydraulic automation, short lifting cycle, high efficiency, etc., which improves the start-up rate of the roadheader and reduces the labor intensity of the workers.
