This study was aimed to investigate the association of doping awareness, perception, and attitude among sports science university students in Ethiopia focused on student gender. A cross-sectional design method was used. Seven hundred thirty-six (736) students were drawn from 13 out of 26 universities. Whole or census sampling was applicable. Questionnaire remained used to collect data regarding doping awareness and perception. And also, the Performance Enhancing Attitude Scale (PEAS) questionnaire formulated by Petrocozi and Aidman (2009) was used to assess the doping attitude of students. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 24. Association of students doping APA was checked by chi-square (x2). APA among students on doping was (p < 0.05). Male students were more associated with doping APA. In general majority, 55%, 54.5%, and 59.1%, of students, had better doping APA, respectively. This is due to education on doping. Universities and ETH-NAD should take an agreement for both theoretical and practical doping APA of students.
