Alcoholic Liver Disease
摘要
Alcoholic liver disease (ALD) is a preventable condition. Effective primary prevention begins with opportunistic screening, followed by precision-targeted interventions and close monitoring across the disease spectrum. A systematic approach to ALD management should incorporate the identification of risk factors, accurate assessment of disease severity, appropriate diagnostic investigations, and individualized treatment strategies. This chapter presents a comprehensive algorithm outlining the management of ALD, accompanied by a detailed narrative based on current best practices.
