The COVID-19 pandemic had created a great change in the every aspect of human mankind. Among all the major changes that were noticed, one of the great impacts was also noticed in rise of fossil fuels globally. In this paper, the main aim is to detect the highest price of fossil fuel in different zones of India. The dataset have been collected from the year 2018 to 2022 from different network sources. The main focus was on the study of how the price rate has changed drastically after the pandemic as compared to before the pandemic. The entire analysis was done by applying Stochastic Hill Climbing algorithm and Single Factor ANOVA Test.

摘要
