Acid-Soluble Acid Leaching Purification of Mineral Materials
摘要
Acid-soluble acid leaching purification is one of the fine purification techniques for mineral materials. The impurity components in mineral raw materials are generally complex, and there are two main categories: metal coloring impurities and clay minerals such as kaolin and mica. These impurities can be purified by acid-soluble acid leaching. The basic principle is that according to the solubility of common minerals in acid or alkali solutions, they can be divided into four types (see the chapter “Acid-Alkali Resistance of Minerals,” Tables 1 and 2): alkali-resistant but acid-soluble minerals, acid-resistant but alkali-soluble minerals, minerals that are neither acid-resistant nor alkali-resistant, and minerals that are both acid-resistant and alkali-resistant. Therefore, according to the difference in the chemical properties of useful and impurity minerals in mineral raw materials, impurity minerals can be removed to achieve fine purification of useful minerals.
