Information and communication technology (ICT) occupies space in every industry, whether in manufacturing, banking, or education. Industries are also trying to make the best use of ICT tools to get the maximum output. In the era of COVID-19, the education industry has also used various ICT tools and devices by shifting traditional learning modes to new and hybrid learning modes. Different educational fields, such as Management, Law, Engineering, Pharma, etc., have used ICT tools for their student learning model. Hospitality educators also try incorporating ICT tools into their curriculum to make professionals more skillful. Hospitality educators use E-learning models and Hybrid modes. Though hospitality education is more experiential learning, using ICT can generate benefits to develop the sector and bring societal change. This paper discusses various ICT tools adopted by hospitality educators and their willingness to adopt them, followed by the limitations of ICT if used in hospitality education. Recommendations have been discussed at the end of the paper.
