The VIKOR method is a ranking method based on compromise solution, which finally reaches the scheme that is closest to the positive ideal solution and the farthest away from the negative ideal solution. In the VIKOR method, its weight affects the accuracy of the ranking. Firstly, an objective weight method for determining indicators by granular importance is given, which accurately reflects the role of each granularity in the granularity space, and then the objective weight determination method of granularity is combined with the subjective empowerment method. Secondly, the comprehensive method of particle weight is combined with the VIKOR method, and a decision-making method combining multi-granularity rough set and VIKOR method is proposed. Finally, through case analysis and comparison with other methods, the objectivity and accuracy of the method are verified.
