Governments and businesses typically utilize contracts or tenders to acquire products or services. When improper procedures are used, mishandled tender management can result in enormous losses. Contractor preference, poor record keeping, a lack of transparency, hacking, data manipulation, and other problems are examples of this. In order to solve this issue, we have employed an obviously block-based design for transaction management in conjunction with a straightforward and secure block chain technology. Here, we use blockchain technology to secure transaction-based documents and transactions, including tender papers, applications, bid proposals, business profiles, historical records, authorizing officer data, and rejection details, in order to ensure a completely transparent bidding process.
