According to Industry 4.0, industry-leading logistics companies have developed strategies to reduce labor cost and strengthen their technological competitiveness. Moreover, logistics automation market has been rapidly increasing due to the growth of e-commerce market with its market needs for efficiency improvement and cost reduction. Despite huge interest in logistics automation, it is challenging for companies to decide on implementing automation since there are no precise consideration criteria. This study proposes strategies for logistics automation and robot by analyzing viewpoint of different key stakeholders and deriving success factors for implementation of automation facilities based on Fuzzy-IPA analysis. Analysis result shows that reliability, productivity, purchasing cost are equally important for all the stakeholders including automation suppliers, logistics service providers, and end customers. And they are satisfied with reliability and stability of automation facilities. In addition, IPA analysis shows that reliability and productivity were commonly found in the first quadrant for all stakeholders, and purchasing cost was identified in the second quadrant. Each stakeholder has different viewpoint in terms of ease of expansion and information visibility—relevant strategies are needed for the stakeholders. Since this study targets entire logistics automation, additional study with detailed agendas such as robotics and autonomous driving is needed.

摘要
