Recently, Industry 4.0 has linked production processes and intelligent production technologies to lead to a new technological era. A wide range of Internet of Things (IoT) applications have been developed for this industry and have expanded in recent years. The IoT aims to build a robust industrial automation system, which provides a promising opportunity to leverage the growing popularity of digital technologies such as augmented reality, sensors, and wearable devices to track worker activity and reduce worker-related errors. This study proposes an IoT-based system that monitors worker activity through sensors and wearables, allowing it to predict and prevent human errors. Intelligent solutions that predict and regulate human errors provide major benefits regarding product quality, safety, efficiency, and worker well-being. As Industry 4.0 evolves, more research and development in this field holds great promise for the future of manufacturing.
