To study the durability of concrete structures against chloride ions penetrations under subway environmental conditions, permeability performance tests were conducted on high-performance concrete using the conductivity method and corrosions method, respectively. The experimental results show that the additions of fly ash, slag, and other admixtures in high-performance concrete have a significant effect on resisting the infiltrations and diffusions of chloride ions into the concrete. Considering the long-term durability of chloride ions penetrations, high-performance concrete with dual additions of fly ash and slag has better durability improvement than single additions. The durability life of high-performance concrete in chloride ions resistance test is 3–4 times longer than that of ordinary concrete.
