This chapter is a solution chapter for all the problems that are \(*\) marked at the end of each chapter, from 1–14. These problems are neither simple nor in difficult category, but have been randomly selected for the solutions, to give an idea about the solution approach used, which is always logical. It is intended that the student first attempt to solve these problem, and check the solution for cross-check. The correctness of most problems in this subject are of self check nature. For example, to construct as FA to recognize a language, one can easily check its correctness by verifying that languages strings are accepted and non-language strings are rejected.
