A 42-year-old lady presented with chief complaints of swelling and pain on the left cheek, just below the eye. A diagnostic nasal endoscopy showed an enlarged middle turbinate (concha) completely obscuring the structures on the lateral wall. The patient complained of severe pain on touch during nasal endoscopy.
