Endoscopic Dacryocystorhinostomy in Rhinosporidiosis of the Lacrimal Sac

Rhinosporidiosis is a chronic granulomatous disease affecting the mucous membrane primarily, but it can also affect other structures like the larynx, trachea, skin, genitalia, lungs, etc. It is caused by Rhinosporidium seeberi [1]. It usually presents as a pinkish mass in the nose, nasopharynx, oropharynx, and conjunctiva. Isolated lacrimal sac involvement is very rare.
