Optic Nerve Decompression in Type 3 Optic Nerve with Optic Nerve Sheath Incision

A 47-year-old male presented with swelling, periorbital hematoma, and a total loss of visual acuity from the left eye for 10 Days. There was a history of accidental fall from stairs 10 days back. On examination, he was PL (perception of light) negative. He had received three doses of intravenous methylprednisolone. CT Brain Showed a fracture left frontal bone involving the medial and lateral wall. MRI orbit was within normal limits.
