The article addresses and provides a theoretical framework for a national pedagogy of a general education in the contemporary education system. The modern transformation of the state educational system in a globalized world requires a clear national pedagogic idea in the field of education which has been in discussion for decades. The importance of national education elements is addressed as a fundamental basis for pedagogy. The theoretical approach analyzes and evaluates the existing pedagogical framework that finds the significance of early childhood moral education and research incorporation to establish the core of the national pedagogy and design of the national school education model. The idea of modern school and pedagogy highlighted the establishment of “Kazakh phenomenon” where the national model of teaching and learning is embedded by the local values and culture. By examining a historical evolution of Kazakh education and insights of establishment of national ideas in pedagogy, the article addresses the challenges in recovering the system, background of traditional pedagogy that has undergone transformations attempting to foster national values. By comprehension of indigenous pedagogy discourse and practice from a national perspective, the article provides an educational model that serves as a fundament for contemporary educational practice.
