The utilization of multi-criteria decision-making is increasingly prevalent in addressing decision-making challenges across diverse domains. The field of Cyber Security has seen frequent application of Multi Criteria Decision making methods. Decision-makers employ multi-criteria decision-making techniques to effectively tackle problems by breaking down complex issues into their fundamental components. The objective of this study is to conduct a comprehensive literature review spanning from 2010 to 2023, focusing on the prevalent methodologies employed in the field of cyber security. By analyzing 105 articles, the findings indicate that Hybrid approaches were the most frequently utilized techniques in cyber security during the period from 2010 to 2023.
