摘要

There are several surveillance systems available for those who are blind or visually handicapped, but only a small a number of them offer seamless integration of inside and outside navigation. Context awareness is a serious phase of harmless steering, particularly for the sightless or visually diminished in unaware surroundings. Present movable plans for context-aware steering reduction minor in various gears due to their need on precise organization necessities as well as taking restricted entree to capitals that might suggest prosperity of related clues. In our paper, we include a perfect solution for the steering of blind people in every field of life. Here we present a system that includes a sun-glass on which a pair of flight-of-time cameras are mounted, which takes the pictures in 3-D. These cameras are paired with Android Cell Phones with the help of Bluetooth. The pictures taken by the cameras are then translated into streams of bits and transferred to the Cell Phone. Through the Cell Phone, the data are transferred to the Cloud for the matching of the images taken by the cameras. When the matching is completed, the data from the cloud is sent back to the Cell Phone and an application in the Cell Phone translates this information into audio signals which can be helpful for navigating the Blind.
