This study presents a compact textile antenna measuring 29 × 36 mm2, designed for an extensive 2–14 GHz frequency range. Using a Jeans substrate with a permittivity of 1.7 and a 1 mm thickness. This paper introduces a square patch trimmed at the edges and with modified ground. This antenna exhibits wideband capabilities and operates as a dual-band solution. Its application extends to textile-based antennas for off–on-body communication scenarios. Because of its broad range and frequency coverage, the proposed antenna is a prospective addition to the field of Biomedical application.
