The current trends of technology advancement offered with such features have given a substantive support to the human development including social life interaction, business, and education sector. It is especially in the government sector that technology development is currently being the trending topic since the gradual shift paradigm comes to adapt such distinctive structures in order to reach to beneficial value. Thus, this paper aims to investigate the technology adaptation followed by its adoption in giving a critical insight into helping to run the administrative management of public school. The literature analysis was made by reviewing the current works related to the technology adaption and its adoption in contributing to the public school administrative management. The finding of this study found that the significant features of advanced technology enhancement provide a sustainable contribution in playing the role on helping to systematize the administration procedure and process in a good flow and proper way in line with the original objective of organization. Thus, this study is supposed to contribute in giving the particular insight on developing the framework on looking at the clear point about the technology adaption and adoption on administrative management.
