This paper introduces the working principle of non-contact electroscope, and designs a kind of insulated wire electroscope used in 10 kV and below AC power system of distribution network. It can accurately measure the voltage of insulated wire and non-insulated wire, and verify the electrification condition accurately and quickly without destroying the insulation layer of insulated wire, which greatly improves the field work efficiency.

摘要
