Judicial Research in China
摘要
Since the reform and opening-up, legal research in China has undergone tremendous changes. This is reflected in the extensive amount of research in various branches of jurisprudence and the expansion of interdisciplinary jurisprudential research, which has a particular focus on judicial research. Judicial studies are not strictly disciplinary, encompassing various departments within jurisprudence, such as constitutional, litigation, and economic law, as well as disciplines outside of jurisprudence, such as political science, sociology, and economics. It requires a multidisciplinary intersection of field studies, as is the case with research in many other areas, including cultural, urban, internet, gender, and governance studies, to name a few examples.
