Plaintiff crew had the right to claim Defendant ship operator to pay the outstanding wages, repatriation expenses, accommodation and food expenses and corresponding interest, and enjoyed the right of ship priority over the ship owner’s ship M.V. “AVLEMON”, and had the right to be compensated preferentially from the price of the ship’s auction, because the employment contract was legal and valid, and the above expenses were in line with the Maritime Code of the People’s Republic of China, which had the right of ship priority.
