Plaintiff buyer and Defendant seller concluded a contract for the sale and purchase of a ship, agreeing that Defendant would sell the ship involved to Plaintiff. After Plaintiff and Defendant concluded a ship business contract, the contract explicitly agreed, Defendant recognized the ship ownership, management right to Plaintiff, Plaintiff enjoyed the right to possession, use, income and disposal of the ship involved. After the ship docking, the ship certificate registered Defendant as the owner, but Defendant delivered the ship to Plaintiff, and Plaintiff had continuous possession, use, operation, ship operation costs were paid by Plaintiff, the ship freight was charged by Plaintiff.
