Plaintiff shipbroker concluded 14 ship commission agreements with Defendant shipbuilder, agreeing that the shipbuilder should pay the shipbroker a commission for the shipbroker’s efforts in facilitating and concluding the contracts between the shipbuilder and the purchaser of the ship or its nominee; the parties also agreed in the contracts that the commission agreements involved would be interpreted according to English law.
