The five shareholders concluded an agreement and a management contract with Plaintiff, agreeing that the property rights of the ship belonged to the five shareholders, and that Plaintiff was responsible for the operation and safety management of the ship and bore the responsibility for the safety management of the ship; the five shareholders were to ensure that the ship was in a seaworthy state under the supervision of Plaintiff; in the event of a maritime accident or damage to the ship, Plaintiff was to deal with it, and according to the cause of the accident, Plaintiff had the right to pursue the five shareholders’ compensation liability.
