Kinetics
摘要
This section will define the concept of kinetics in the context of cement hydration and concrete curing. It will detail the chemical reactions involved in the hydration of cement, focusing on the rate at which these reactions occur and the factors that influence this rate, such as temperature, water-to-cement ratio, and the presence of additives or admixtures. The mechanisms by which these factors affect the speed and extent of hydration, and ultimately the microstructure and phase development of cement paste, will be explained.
