Fungal liver abscess is a rare disorder seen in patients with low resistance of the body. In this chapter, we firstly demonstrate the clinical features and the pathology of this disease. Subsequently, we depict the imaging manifestations of this disease on ultrasound examination, X-ray examination, and CT. Most importantly, we have introduced the diagnostic points of this disorder, and differential diagnosis between this disease and related diseases including liver metastasis and hepatic cyst. Lastly, the summary is given as teaching points.
