Rare Primary Malignant Tumors of the Liver
摘要
This chapter mainly introduces the imaging manifestations and diagnostic points of rare primary malignant tumors of liver, including hepatic liposarcoma, smooth muscle sarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, fibrosarcoma, angiosarcoma, epithelioid hemangioendothelioma, malignant fibrohistiocytoma, squamous cell carcinoma, mucoepidermoid carcinoma, and neuroendocrine carcinoma. The imaging manifestations of these tumors are diverse, with low density on CT scan, low signal on T1WI, and high signal on T2WI on MRI, and different manifestations on enhancement scan, and some of the tumors have characteristic manifestations such as “vascular floating sign” or “target sign.” The diagnosis should be made by combining clinical, imaging, and pathologic examinations and differentiated from common diseases, such as hepatocellular carcinoma, liver abscess, and liver metastasis.
