Future Directions: Where the End is Actually the Beginning
摘要
Dr. Michelle Locke concludes the book with a discussion of the possibilities for the future. Echoing the call for action from the first chapter and resonating with the multiple voices of the Indigenous ECRs, Dr. Locke asks readers, particularly those non-Indigenous readers with authority and opportunity in universities, to heed the invitation to take responsibility and join with Indigenous colleagues to make universities places where Indigenous ECRs can realistically build on the strength and success that guided them through doctoral programs to curate fulfilling careers that contribute to Indigenous community and national success.
