Energy Harvesting with Network Coding Technique of Radio Over Fiber: Toward Minimizing of Outage Probability
摘要
Energy harvesting allows sensors on the remote area to harvest energy without physical connection. In this work and for the first time, the performance of the radio over fiber (RoF) with energy harvesting (EH) of cooperative communication technique is analyzed. The impact of the small large-scale fading and large-scale fading is mathematically modeled. We present outage probability as performance metric for the radio over fiber (RoF) with energy harvesting (EH) of cooperative communication technique. Finally, the results show that cooperative communication improves the system over traditional direct communication with energy harvesting.
